This Soap Came to Party
Some soaps are sophisticated. Some are earthy and botanical. Some look like they belong in a perfectly staged bathroom next to a fluffy white towel and a tiny plant nobody actually remembers to water.
And then there’s Party Bar.
This one showed up ready to have a good time.
Party Bar started with a simple idea: make something colorful, cheerful, and just a little ridiculous. The creamy soap is packed with colorful pieces of previously made soap, giving every bar its own confetti-like pattern. No two cuts look exactly alike, which is part of what makes this batch so much fun.

Of course, a soap this colorful needed a fragrance with just as much personality. Party Bar is scented with Orange + Coconut Vanilla. The orange brings a bright, juicy citrus note, while Coconut Vanilla softens everything with a creamy, slightly tropical sweetness. Together, they just smell happy. That really is the best way to describe it.
Before Party Bar had a name, though, I put it out to all of you. I asked for suggestions, and you definitely delivered. There were some seriously good contenders, but Desi came through with “Party Bar,” and it was perfect. Colorful soap confetti? Check. Bright, happy fragrance? Check. Looks like someone fired a confetti cannon directly into a soap mold? Absolutely.
Party Bar it is. 🎉
And, as promised, Desi gets a free bar for supplying the winning name!
One of my favorite parts of making small-batch soap is getting to experiment. Not every loaf needs to be elegant, perfectly coordinated, or inspired by something serious. Sometimes I just want to make something because the colors are fun, the fragrance smells amazing, and looking at the finished bars makes me smile.
Party Bar is exactly that kind of soap.
It’s bright, playful, colorful, and a little chaotic.
Basically, it fits right in around here.

The best part is that every Party Bar is a little different. Because of all those colorful pieces scattered throughout the loaf, each cut reveals a different combination and pattern. The bar you take home really is one of a kind.
So, the name has officially been chosen, the winner has been crowned, and Party Bar has entered the Sarcastic Narwhal Soap Company lineup.
The party has officially started. 🎉🧼
