Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

who pays shipping?
Customers pay shipping and handling at checkout. Rates are calculated by package weight, destination, and carrier.

 

shipping carrier + speed
We primarily ship with USPS Ground Advantage® (2–5 business days) with tracking and $100 insurance included. Larger or time-sensitive orders may ship USPS Priority Mail or Flat Rate.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 2–3 business days (Mon–Fri). You’ll receive tracking when your label is created.

handling

A small handling fee covers packaging (boxes, paper, labels) and order prep.

delivery issues

If your package is marked Delivered but missing, please check with household members/neighbors and your local post office for a GPS trace. If it can’t be located, contact us—we’ll help troubleshoot.

damage during transit
Email us within 3 days with photos and your order number. We’ll replace or issue store credit as appropriate.

international shipping

Currently US only.  (We’ll update this page if that changes.)

holiday note

USPS applies temporary peak-season surcharges (Oct–Jan) that can raise rates slightly at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final on soaps and other personal-care items for hygiene and safety reasons. We can’t accept returns or resell opened products. Thank you for understanding and supporting a small, handmade business.

Quality & Variations

Our soaps are poured in small batches. Slight differences in color, swirl, or scent strength are normal and part of the handmade charm.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or offer store credit.

Lost Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, check with household members and neighbors. If it still cannot be located, contact your local carrier for a GPS delivery trace. Then reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.

Cancellations

You can request a cancellation before your order ships. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Allergies & Sensitivities

Please review each product’s ingredient list before purchase. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We can’t offer refunds based on individual skin reactions, but we’re happy to help you choose a better fit next time.

Custom & Special Orders

Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
