Notes: Dark Rum • Brown Sugar • Toasted Oak • Vanilla Bean • Clove • Orange Peel
Vibe: Dockside Ember | Warm Molasses | Late-Night Sail
When the harbor quiets and lanterns glow — that’s Harbor Spiced Rum.
This bar opens with a mellow rum accord and brown-sugar warmth, deepened by toasted oak and vanilla bean. A pinch of clove and a flicker of orange peel brighten the finish. The result is smooth and gently boozy — cozy without going sweet, like a nightcap on the pier.
Each bar carries a rich molasses-amber tone with soft marbling that feels like candlelight over polished wood.
Hand-poured in small 32-ounce loaves, Harbor Spiced Rum brings a warm, wind-down mood to the everyday: steady, comforting, and quietly refined.
